Packages are generally dispatched within a week after receipt of payment and are shipped via reliable couriers. Tables have a special lead time of 3 weeks.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping boxes are amply sized and your items are well-presented. Neos cannot deliver to PO Boxes and is not responsible for non delivery to incorrectly supplied addresses, or for non delivery due to sites without a safe access point. Delivery is made even if the recipient is not available, unless specified.

We do not warrant the return of any goods purchased from Neos.
